Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects Procuraz, its customers, users, Vendors, partners and infrastructure. It applies to all accounts, APIs, uploads, messages and workflows.
Prohibited use
Users must not:
- Use Procuraz for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned, deceptive or abusive procurement or payment activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access, credential theft, permission bypass, vulnerability exploitation, scanning or service disruption.
- Upload malware, executable payloads disguised as documents, or content that infringes rights or violates law.
- Misrepresent identity, authority, payment status, quotation, delivery, tax, compliance or rating information.
- Use automated traffic that unreasonably degrades the service or circumvents limits.
- Sell, sublicense, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.
- Use Procuraz to procure prohibited weapons, illegal drugs, trafficking services or other unlawful goods or services.
Security responsibilities
Organizations must maintain accurate users and roles, promptly revoke access, use strong passwords, protect email accounts and report suspected compromise. Sensitive credentials, private keys, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs and banking passwords must never be placed in procurement descriptions, support tickets or uploaded documents.
Enforcement
Procuraz may investigate, rate-limit, quarantine files, restrict functions, suspend accounts or report conduct where reasonably necessary. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Serious security, fraud or legal risk may require immediate action.
Report misuse
Report suspected misuse to support@procuraz.com with the relevant organization, record number and non-sensitive evidence.
